Hi! I’m Kaycee Bowen, founder of Count On Me Virtual Assistant. My career began in customer service and admin/retail roles, which laid the foundation for my work as a virtual assistant.

I discovered my passion for virtual assisting while searching for more freedom and meaning in my career. I knew the traditional corporate cubicle life wasn’t for me, so I set out to find something that aligned with my passion and supported my dream lifestyle. As a proud member of the Location Indie Community, I’ve learned so much through webinars & events, which led me to Danielle Greason’s, The Online Biz Skills Course. I eagerly completed it, gaining practical knowledge of tools, programs, and insider tips that I use daily. This course helped me discover my true calling!

I continue to expand my education through Freelance University, where I’ve taken various courses and certifications, and the Google Certificates program through Coursera, currently focusing on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce.

When I’m not working, I’m exploring the world. I’ve visited 15 countries so far and dream of visiting them all. Some of my best memories come from solo backpacking through central and eastern Europe for two months and then spending 5-weeks exploring the United Kingdom. Living out of a backpack in the winter made me realize how little we truly need—just the essentials to keep moving forward!

I am also a very proud fur mom to my amazing cats, Mr. Darcy and Kit Kat, and my Goldendoodle, Whiskey Bear, who are often by my side when I am working. They are all silly and loving and bring me tons of joy every single day. I am a very lucky lady!

Let’s get back to business. My career journey has taken me through various retail roles, from Guest Sales to Merchandiser, Assistant Manager to Assistant Buyer, and everything in between. I’ve always had a passion for customer service and take immense pride in doing a job well, which translates perfectly into my Virtual Assistant career.
